About Ainfore
-
Ainfore delivers AI-enabled forecasting, marketing intelligence, and decision support—from dashboards and reporting to agents and copilots—so teams can act faster with traceable evidence and governed workflows.
-
Ainfore is best for teams that are:
spending too much time on manual reporting and analysis,
struggling to operationalize insights, or
looking to deploy AI with clear controls, auditability, and ROI.
-
Ainfore delivers governed, role-based solutions with defined scope, auditability, and measurable outcomes, packaged as products with clear tiers.
Products and what you deliver
-
We offer:
Forecasting solutions (project-based or ongoing refresh/monitoring)
Market & competitor intelligence (pulse reporting, tracking, alerts)
Voice of Customer intelligence (reviews, surveys, tickets → actions)
AI agents and copilots for operational workflows
Chatbot development (support, lead qualification, booking)
Automation workflow builder (approvals, routing, exceptions)
Web App Agent Platform (RBAC, audit logs, governance)
AI Ops Monitoring & Optimization (production reliability)
Custom solutions (scoped to your workflows, data, and governance requirements)
-
Both. Some offers are project-based (e.g., sprints, pilots, forecasting projects). Others are subscription-based (e.g., portals, managed optimization, monitoring services).
-
Yes. Clients can begin with a pilot or starter tier, then scale after results are proven.
How implementation works
-
Typical flow: discovery → define scope and success metrics → configure sources/permissions → build and test → user training → go-live.
-
Depends on scope. Simple pilots can launch in a few weeks; broader deployments may take longer with integrations and governance requirements.
-
Yes. Common integrations include CRM, ticketing, email, storage, and internal databases via APIs or secure file drops.
Security, privacy and governance
-
No. Your data is used only to deliver your service and is not used to train public models. We work within your approved sources and access controls, and we can support bring-your-own model (OpenAI/Azure OpenAI) if preferred.
-
Yes. We support role-based permissions and audit logs so access and activity are controlled and traceable.
-
Yes. BYO lets you pay the model costs directly and keep usage, billing, and procurement under your control, while Ainfore. delivers and supports the solution.
ROI and measurement
-
At kickoff, we agree on 1–3 success metrics and capture a simple baseline. Then we measure improvement during the pilot and after launch using usage and outcome data. Common ROI metrics include hours saved, cycle-time reduction, fewer escalations or rework, improved conversion, fewer errors, and faster reporting—along with adoption (active users, runs, and completion rates).
-
Most teams see early gains in speed and effort reduction—faster turnaround on recurring tasks, fewer manual steps, and more consistent outputs. As adoption grows and workflows are tuned, benefits typically expand to fewer escalations and errors, better decision quality, and more proactive reporting. We validate impact against the agreed KPIs during the pilot and track progress after launch.
Pricing, usage and overages
-
Each tier includes a defined scope (e.g., users, workflows, sources, refresh cadence, and support). The Statement of Work confirms final scope.
-
Depending on the product, AI usage is either included within scope, bundled as a monthly usage budget, or provided via BYO model access. For portal-style products, a usage budget with a do-not-exceed cap keeps costs predictable.
-
We’ll recommend a tier upgrade or a scoped add-on. We avoid surprise bills—caps and approvals can be set in advance.
Support and ongoing optimization
-
Yes. We offer ongoing support through Managed Optimization and AI Ops Monitoring & Optimization. This can include performance monitoring, quality checks, controlled updates and versioning, knowledge/source refreshes, issue triage, and regular reporting—so your solution stays reliable as your data, policies, and business needs change.
-
A monthly reliability service: performance monitoring, QA, controlled releases, and continuous tuning—so the solution stays accurate over time.
Getting started
-
Use case, success KPIs, sample inputs/outputs (sanitized), and approved data sources/access contacts—no sensitive data required to start.
-
Yes. A pilot is the recommended starting point for mid-market teams to prove value quickly.
-
Provide your use case and current process; we’ll show a workflow-based demo aligned to your KPI.
