From AI Opportunity to Evidence-Based Implementation

A structured, applied AI implementation training program that helps organizations build internal AI capability, evaluate real operational opportunities, and develop a practical path forward based on evidence.

Delivered over two full-day training sessions approximately two weeks apart, the program combines instructor-led learning, hands-on AI use, workplace application, and implementation planning.

Participants learn how to identify where AI may create measurable business value, evaluate whether the organization is ready, and determine what a responsible next step should look like.

Before You Invest in AI, Know Where It Actually Belongs

AI tools are becoming part of everyday business operations, but access to AI does not automatically create business value.

Organizations need to understand where AI can genuinely improve a workflow, whether the required data and processes are ready, what risks need to be managed, and how success should be measured before moving forward.

The Ainfore AI Implementation Program gives teams a structured way to build that capability.

Learning Objectives

Participants will receive training on how to:

  • Identify practical AI use cases within their operation

  • Evaluate business value, feasibility, readiness, and risk

  • Use AI tools responsibly and safely

  • Gather operational evidence before making an investment decision

  • Evaluate potential AI vendors and solutions

  • Define a measurable AI pilot and implementation path

The goal is not AI adoption for the sake of adoption. It is to help your organization make better-informed AI decisions.

Applied AI Training Built Around Your Operation

This program goes beyond general AI awareness training. Participants apply what they learn to real workflows, documents, processes, and operational challenges within their own organization.

Program Format

The 2-Day program follows a practical learning journey allowing teams to move from AI theory to practical business application while building internal knowledge along the way. The program is delivered within your operation - on-site or hybrid.

Day 1

Learn, Apply + Identify

Build practical AI knowledge, use the tools, establish safe-use practices, and identify a priority operational use case.

Between the Days - 2 Weeks

Selected members investigate one priority workflow or process behind the chosen use case and gather real operational evidence. This applied work creates the foundation for Day 2, ensuring decisions are based on your organization’s own findings rather than assumptions.

Day 2

Validate, Evaluation + Plan

Build practical AI knowledge, use the tools, establish safe-use practices, and identify a priority operational use case.

By the end of the program, you will receive:

  • A prioritized AI use-case map

  • Readiness findings based on operational evidence

  • One scoped AI pilot

  • A written implementation roadmap

  • A go / no-go / not-yet recommendation

  • Practical AI safe-use guidance

  • Vendor evaluation criteria

  • A 90-day re-measure

The organization retains the work developed through the program and can use it to guide future AI decisions. Any future AI software implementation would be considered separately from the training program.
