AI Training
Know where to start — and how to move forward
Practical training programs for business leaders and teams that want to evaluate AI clearly before investing in tools, vendors, or pilots.
AI is creating new opportunities for organizations, but many leaders are still working through the practical questions - where to start, which use cases are realistic, what risks need to be managed, and whether the organization is ready to move forward.
Ainfore's training programs give leaders and teams a structured way to begin that evaluation — starting from the business problem, not the tool.
TRAINING
AI Adoption Lunch and Learn
AI is creating new opportunities — but moving too quickly can create confusion, wasted investment, or unnecessary risk.
This session gives leaders a clear, practical way to begin evaluating AI: what problems are worth solving, which use cases are realistic, and what questions to ask before committing to tools or pilots.

Chambers of commerce, business groups, leadership teams, not-for-profits, associations, government groups

Move from AI interest to a responsible implementation path.
A facilitated half-day working session for organizations ready to evaluate where AI may create measurable value. Participants work through real workflows, assess readiness and risk, and leave with a practical 30/60/90-day adoption roadmap. This is not a generic AI awareness session. It is a structured working session for organizations that want to make better decisions about where AI belongs and what should come first.

Leadership teams, operations and finance leaders, private companies, associations, not-for-profits, government departments

AI Implementation Program
Build internal AI capability grounded in your own operational evidence.
A structured, applied training program delivered across two full-day sessions approximately two weeks apart. Participants learn how to identify where AI may create measurable value in their own operation, evaluate readiness and risk, use AI tools responsibly, and build a practical implementation path based on evidence — not assumptions. The program goes beyond general AI awareness. Participants apply what they learn to real workflows, documents, and operational challenges within their organization.
FORMAT
Two Full day Sessions (Approximately 2 weeks apart)
On site or hybrid
WELL SUITED FOR
Operations-driven SMEs in logistics, manufacturing, food production, and distribution
